⚠️ Note: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund.
3. Refund Policy
Since digital streaming services provide immediate access to content, all subscription payments made to AirxLiv are non-refundable once access is granted.
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate or accidental payment made for the same account.

Technical issues preventing access to content for more than 48 hours after payment (verified by our support team).

Unauthorized transaction reported within 7 days of payment.

4. Trial Periods
If AirxLiv offers a free trial or promotional plan:

You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial expires.

Once converted to a paid plan, standard cancellation and refund terms apply.
5. Changes to Subscription Plans
AirxLiv reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue subscription plans and prices.
In such cases, existing subscribers will be notified in advance, and any price changes will apply only to future billing cycles.
