Data Deletion Request

At AirxLiv, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data.
In accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and other relevant privacy regulations, users have the right to request deletion of their personal data stored on our platform.

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data and what happens after you do.


1. What Data Can Be Deleted

You may request deletion of the following information associated with your AirxLiv account:

  • Personal information (name, email address, contact details)

  • Payment and billing details (excluding mandatory financial records required by law)

  • Profile information, watch history, and preferences

  • Stored data related to your account or device login

Some data, such as anonymous analytics or transaction logs required for legal, tax, or security reasons, may be retained for a limited time as mandated by law.


2. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your data using any of the following methods:

Option 1: Through Email

Send an email to privacy@airxliv.com or support@airxliv.com with the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request – [Your Registered Email Address]”

In your email, please include:

  1. Your registered name and email address

  2. The reason for deletion (optional)

  3. Confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account and data


Option 2: Through Your AirxLiv Account

  1. Log in to your AirxLiv account.

  2. Go to My Account → Privacy Settings → Delete Account.

  3. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps to permanently remove your account data.


3. Processing Your Request

  • Once we receive your deletion request, our team will verify your identity and ownership of the account.

  • Your request will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • After deletion, your account and associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.

You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.


4. Exceptions

We may retain certain information if necessary to:

  • Comply with legal obligations or law enforcement requests

  • Resolve disputes or enforce our terms

  • Prevent fraudulent or abusive behavior

All retained data will remain securely stored and used only for the purposes stated above.
